A curious question: Why the name "Piano-ology" and not "Piano-logy or Pianology" just like Techno-logy, Bio-logy, Psycho-logy etc??

@philnoll i don't know if you've ever really experienced a truly bad posture... trust me... it kills all ability to play well... :)

very good method just thought it'd be funny doing that before a concert,the audience would fall asleep:)

I don't know if the instrument sounds better with better posture, but the musician will put less stress on their body, so the music may sound good for a longer portion of their life. Especially with the hands, pianists can develop arthritis if they're not careful to keep good posture.
