The "Can You Drum To It" Medley Game

I posed a challenge to my friend Kyle Park (rockninja7777) and asked, "Can you drum in the appropriate style to any song I play?" and this game was born.

In order to fit this entire video into 10 minutes, I'm only playing main verses and chorus's of songs or song intros. The film, however, runs out at the end right before Kyle starts playing the drum solo from "The End" by the Beatles.

The songs played here all only took me about 5 minutes or less apiece to learn and memorize, so they're not the best. The transitions between songs are small, and very simple. None of this is rehearsed! You have been warned!

This was done in actually 2 takes. One was over the 10 minute mark that youtube allows, so we had to take out some songs. This is the result. Hope you enjoyed it! :-)

I'd love to do like this. The only problem I have is that his drumming wasn't suited to each song, it was very bapbapBAPbapbapbapBAP generic. But I love the idea.
