Hyperemesis Gravidarum is Horrible!!!

Hyperemesis is Horrible our familys journey through it too the birth of our 3rd child ~
Hyperemesis Gravidarum or HG is a debilitating & potentially life-threatening pregnancy disease marked by rapid weight loss, malnutrition, & dehydration due to unrelenting nausea & vomiting with potential adverse consequences for the newborn & mother.We made this video because we wanted to bring AWARENESS to this disease & show the devastating effects it has on mother, child, there families & friends.. we have struggled to get through this pregnancy, with this disease making every turn more difficult than the last. But thankfully we have eachother. We are in our last month of our pregnancy & have had a total of -53lbs loss & the loss of one of our twins!! We have been hospitalized over 2 dozen times & have endless hospital bills which have reached amounts of $126,000 & growing. With the help of meds like Steriods, & cancer medicine like Zofran (an anti-nausiation medication). I have managed to gain 9lbs during the entire pregnancy & at this point 9months our little son is 6lbs & 17 in long. We are hopeing not to have any more hospital visits or stays but we know that HG is unpredictable & comes with a vengeance. We pray that when our son does arrive he has no problems from the many medication I have been on & the Hyperemesis itself.

I went through the same. All THREE of my pregnancies. I thought I was the only one. It is the most horrible thing EVER. I would rather endure the pain of childbirth.

i wish the best and peaceful delivery for u, i can probably imagine just a bit of what u r going through,....my wife is 10weeks and she is the same as u having HG,...its so bad she is still in hospital ......i feel like an idiot , i never knew this is so bad, i got annoyed at some talk we had and also wasnt able to go andsee her today.....from now on i will be by her side 24/7............please update me n your delivery. all the best to U and ur caring n lovely family.
