Instrumental

  • The German text isn't crediting the Bert Kaempfert orchestra, but saying that Geisler's Knackbaß was a trademark of the Kaempfert orchestra. Actually, many of the musicians on this recording also played on Kaempfert's sessions (and James Last's). I recognize the drumming of Rolf Ahrens on this number.

  • As everybody can see on the label and hear it's not the Bert Kaempfert Orchestra but The Roberto Delgado orchestra of Horst Wende. Horst started after WW2 together with Ladi Geisler in Hamburg & where later joined by Freddy Quinn.
