  • Did Bibi really just recognize Barack Obama on TV all by herself? And then say his name without prompting?

  • @hebneh Yes, it appears that she did recognize Obama all by herself! She has seem him on TV many times before and knows his voice from his old campaign commercials. Of course, there is always the chance that she was just saying his name and he happened to be on the TV at the same time. We like to believe it is more than that. Parrots are capable of this --and so much more!

  • Wow! I love the ending. It's sounds like she says "Hey Barack, have fun storming the castle!" From the Princess Bride movie, right? That's awesome

  • Yes, it is indeed from the movie The Princess Bride. Bernadette Peters says, "Bye bye, boys." And Billy Crystal adds, "Have fun storming the castle!" Bibi enjoys saying that line when people are telling her good-bye.

  • Smart bird, did I Bibi say by by to Barack? that is what I like to hear!!!!

  • I love how she has different goodbyes. One of my favorite movies quoted in this clip and in another clip it was "bye bye, gotta walk the doggies"

  • I love Bibi! I have a bird to he is a parakeet he makes my day all the time.

    Does Bibi make yours?

  • I love Bibi I have a bird to hes a parrakeet.

  • what's Bibi saying, though??

  • I've read about studies of this particular breed, and the current belief is that they are cognizant, in fact they are rated in the top 5 of animal intelligence (including primates) My girlfriend bought a very young "Congo African Grey Parrot", she is only about 6 months old now, but is already talking some, and seems very smart, if not sometimes strong willed.

  • was that beep noise to block a bad word or from something else?

  • Wow I have seen some bird say some filthy stuff but this is by far the dirtiest word I have heard yet. Shame on BiBi! :)

  • Santos FTW!!!!

  • I thought she voted for Chip?
