April 21, 2010 This was about 3 in the afternoon. This Is our first bunch of bees. We are just starting out, and have six hives. The bees were brought home this afternoon. There are four videos and the last one is from start to finish on the final hive. It is five minutes long, but it does show the full process. And I do not know how to dub out the sniffling, but it is still in the 40s here and the wind was blowing and my nose kept running. I was covered in sugar water because I was mixing up the sugar for the bee feeders, and they kept landing all over me. They are real pretty golden and furry with small wings. Earl got bitten only one time on his wrist, and said now his wrist feels so good. I guess that arthritis bee bite thing must be true!
