1. and 2. Recruits ship late all the time the primary ship dates are Monday and Tuesday but recruits will ship on Wed or Thur at any moments notice and he will get fucked with all night that is why I am not suprise they are messing with him.
3. The RAC takes all of the paperwork before the recruit even goes to the Barber

The person getting his hair cut is not even a recruit. Just because the title of the video says one thing, does not make it true.
First off recruits do not arrive late. Secondly drill instructors do not give hair cuts. That is against regulations. Thirdly the supposed "recruit" has nothing in his hands. Recruits will have a bag or paperwork or something in their hands while they get a cut.
He is part of the tv crew filming. You can see his buddy laughing at him. They asked to do this for fun.
