Primeconcept - precision part inspection

Cognex partner Primeconcept uses 2 In-Sight 5 megapixel vision systems fitted with telecentric lenses to inspect critical dimensions on small, metalic mechanical parts for the automotive industry. The system was supplied to Miroglio & C and inspects 100% of the parts as they travel at high speed in front of the 2 vision systems. To make it easy for the customer to adapt the system for each new part, a simple recipe-based GUI was developed.
