This is a demo video of the LPB-1 I built recently. I made a few tweaks to it. The input and the output decoupling caps were changed to 4.7uF Electrolytics and I added a potentiometer where the collector resistor was. I used a 50K linear pot. I did these mods to make the pedal pass more bass than it did originally which I liked the sound of on a breadboard and also to allow you to get some neat distorted sounds when you crank that collector resistor.

Also I know my playing is just awful... Nothing I can do about it. :/ I've been playing for 2 years and that's as far as I've gotten! Still I enjoy it. I hope I can still convey some idea about this pedal despite my lack of skill.
