whats happening here is the white people are white, but not of a particular group within the race & the blacks are not Africans... black American 'Yes' soooooo Yea there is not the truest to each others cultures. Blacks don't know what it is to be African they themselves would be Alien to an African as the White's would be to there particular original group if they met of course assuming they are not already in touch with there roots. Enough ignorance to go around on both parts for sure.

Soooo.. The black folks think the dashikis are stupid? What the fuck? It's okay for the white folks to walk around in black-face, but wearing traditional garb is suddenly terrible to them? i think this show doesnt prove anything cause color over all doesnt represent an identity of self for all those that are put in that same category for example im black yet i listen to screamo play guitar and skateboard but it doesn't change my skin complexion to white nor am i "selling out" im just doing things i see myself doing. so a black family showing a white family how it is to be black and a white family showing a black family how it is to be white barely does anything for anyone
