Only a fool would not join, as we are the death of all our enemies. Besides, if you read the backstory on the official website, it clearly said that the Dark Elves started the alliance. And this is Tzeentch, not Slaanesh.

Im all into the game, and am waiting eagerly to be a chaos magus, but I dont like the idea as Tzeentch being the only god choice

Oh yah - you aren't the only one - that is constantly brought up in the Warhammer forums. The game developer basically has said that, for instance, nurgle character choices would have had to been too puss covered and foul to be viable on a MMO. That is up for debate, of course.
