@TheWhiteflip91 if you know all about Ed Corney, make a video and show us how this old man can handle such weights......PROVE IT! I seem to remember seeing Ed in a wheel chair(maybe in the updated Pumping Iron DVD). If you observe, most of the "pros" cheat every rep = they are using more than they can properly/no strict reps. "Nub" is that street slang?
