what is the nuke like in EE3?

Well i have EE2 and EE3 and in EE2 the only "bad" thing i think it's the nuke...i mean it can barely destroy 1 house!At the opposite the only good thing in EE3 is the more powerful and harder to shoot nuke.I mean they could have made it a little more powerful and less affordable it would have been much more realistic in EE2.
