Real-life dancers struggle through auditions for the Broadway revival of A Chorus Line, as well as a look at a history of the popular Broadway musical and the creative minds behind the original and current incarnations.
Just watched this yesterday and loved it. The part with Paul's monolouge was stunning! And I agree with theraychilly, why no Diana? She has two songs and I think a prettty important part in the show. Couldn't have been a time issue, was only about 90 minutes
No matter how many times I see this trailer or see the movie it's just as powerful. Every emotion gets tossed around as if it's on a thrill ride to the stars. Just amazing. I'm sorry as hell this wasn't nominated for an Oscar for Best Feature Documentary. It's incredibly deserving.
One of the finest films (documentary or otherwise) that I have EVER seen!! If the Academy lets this moment pass and fails to nominate this movie for Best Documentary and Best Editing, it would a true shame. Intense, subtle, riveting, heartfelt, it's really the most inspiring and life-affirming film I've seen in ages! DO NOT MISS IT!!!

@gabbyfsr I'm pretty sure it's the background piano from the song "The Music and the Mirror" from the show.

does anyone know what the piano music at the beginning is?

why is it like the role of DIANA not featured, or others. Is the documentary emphasizing more in the cast who are more like dancers. I'm so confused.
