"Father; - I won't leave you" where Mark Hamil's voice is breaking up is a pretty close second. You didn't get first class acting like this in the Prequels.

I surpose it was David Prowse inside the Vader suit for most of these scenes, appart from the final revealation of Anakin's face where the late great Sebastian Shaw took over.

In the movies the tricks of palpatine appeared too obvious. It made Anakin unfortunately look like a fool to fall for it, like the selfish, undisciplined jerk Metal4Brains called him rightfully. Yet we shall not forget that Anakin was maybe the strongest/most talented Jedi that was known. So i believe his dreams were a sign of his strong communication with the force and it was a classical story of someone, whos very powerful but lacks the responsibility.

Yeah... that could have been done a bit better, but on the whole... an amazing scene nonetheless
