@mikeyinqc Gay "rights" relies on inverting existing rules designed to protect children from exploitation.

Even adopted kids have a RIGHT to grieve their loss - not be forced to pretend to not mind being motherless, or "witness" to how happy they are to "have two daddies".

Fortunately, the legal apparatus already exists to close the loopholes that gays use to get past the laws protecting children.

Ironic that those who claim a right to not live a lie, want their children to lie for them.

@mikeyinqc It is only "political correctness" that has shielded gays from being held to the same standard heteros are held to.

And that is crumbling.

Trafficking in children is immoral, abusive, and wrong.

Forcing a child to pretend that motherlessness (or fatherlessness) is not a loss - interfering with the child's ability to grieve - is abuse.

Forcing a child to put the parents' emotional needs above the child's own rights and needs is a particular type of abuse known as "parentification".

@vicorii if you really care about abused children- why would you choose this topic to issue your concerns? while children are beaten, screamed at, called names every day- our hospitals and clinics are full of bruised egos and bruised bodies. Why not do a search for child abuse on youtube? Take your energies where they matter- trust me- if you trippled gay adoption in this country- the result would be fewer abused children, and a whole lot of love. Nothing more or less.
