@mikee1434 As shown in the description, it's from the 1999 cartoon "Cybersix" which is about a cyborg vampire girl working undercover as a male teacher in order to defend a town from the mutant creations of the mad Nazi Scientist who created her. It's adapted from an Argentenian comic book series and I would highly recommend it. You can find episodes online.
