I first thought it was all playback, coz it is so perfectly sung, but then came Sammy back too late after the solo. Maybe some overdubs?

Alex Van Halen is one of the greatest 'evil genius' rock drummers Ever! Eddie at the same time is the rock guitar version of Beethoven, Mozart and Brahms.

@flip5775, A LOT of Alex's drum solos from tour to tour were and still are mind blowing. He's one of those "Oh, shit!" drummers. You never know what to expect from Alex whether he'll blow himself up or set his drums on fire or what.
