One thing I found out the hard way, or at least I recall... either this one or #2. If you sign the book before reading it, you don't get points for reading it afterward. Am I correct in that, or mis-remembering? If so, which game was it, 1 or 2?

I don't think either of the games do that. The second one doesn't even give you points for reading the book (only for signing it), and I think this one gives you the points for reading it whether you do it before or after. I could be wrong about the latter part, though.
