If youd like a nice starting point ive got a 97 Z-28 /6-spd with a built LT1, it needs some TLC now, long story, but i'd let it go for $1500. :)
Oh and i'm NorthEast of Dallas if you're talking about the RedLine raceway around here :)

@xbfalcon351coupe Thanks! There a lot little things that just add up to produce the run. It had a Accel DFI engine management system to tweak the fuel and ignition maps. A lot of weight had been removed from the car. It was using 5.36 gears in the rear, QA1 struts and springs, Aerospace brakes and the accessories had been removed just to name a few items. This video is actually getting pretty old now. If I were to build another one, there are several things that I would do differently now.

@FastBuick top run, amzing launch - I'm amazed at how much you have had to leave stock - where are you making so much power?

Thanks for the compliment! It is a stocker as in meeting the rules required to run the Stock Eliminator class in IHRA and NHRA. Factory untouched heads, intake, stock stroke, stock displacement and etc. The rules are tight and extensive; but, it is a lot of fun.
Awesome dude, great launch, bet your FWD can´t do this!!!
