Mid Mon Valley Transit Authority NovaBus RTS #465 (HVAC Warning)

A nice on-board ride Between Pittsburgh and Charleroi On MMVTA RTS-06 #465, This is a late 90s Model RTS featured with Suburban Seating This Powertrain for this bus is a Detroit Diesel Series 50 with Allison VR-731, 3-speed transmission. The MMVTA operates a nice group of RTS in its Fleet in Both 35 and 40ft Flavors Fleet Numbers range from 457-472 some of the earlier numbered ones have been Retired due to the Arrival of the Newer Gillig Low Floors.

I apologize for the Bad Quality the HVAC system was on full blast so its very complicated to hear the Engine running so crank your Volume up and Enjoy

Seeing that it's a Model Year 1996 RTS, it would feature a Allison VR-731, 3-speed transmission.

Just to note, no RTS's have ever featured a Voith transmission. It's either the Allison V-series transmissions or ZF transmissions.

@MetroLinerXLZ Thank you soooo much I needed that lol I wasn't sure because we had Flxibles that ran like this and they had Voiths so I wasn't too sure about what this thing had!

@PATJonesy You're welcome! Even though the Voith D863 transmission runs similar to an Allison V-series transmission (which Voith based it's platform on), there are obvious differences, mainly in how they sound, but there are other major differences as well.
