Epic fail.. the iPhone's screen shuts off when your ear (or any part of the body) touches by the headphone area.. I've gone about talking on speaker and putting my finger up there, couldnt do anything b.c the phone's screen turned off... love the feature, and its awsome.
idk about a proximity sensor, all i kno is that wen my friend gave me his iphone to talk on a few times, my ear hit that hang-up thing on top, as soon as i started talking (unless somehow i just lost signal each of those times at that exact moment)
it does have a proximity sensor

It doesn't have a proximity sensor that like iPhone, turns off the screen?

its made so that the heat from your ear doesnt accidentally hang up your phone(which ive done a few times)

The location of the Hang-up button 0:39 isn't too intuitive and requires more of attention to it than in an iPhone (which is located at the bottom).
