Switching your iDevice on in DFU mode (Restore Mode).

Restoring iDevice.
to Restore, Click Restore on iTunes and select the restore file.
eg. iPhone 3,1_4.3.3_8J2_Restore.ipsw
(if downgrading to iOS 4.3.3 Build 8J2 using a iPhone 4 GSM model)
Process should begin automatically & iTunes will prompt you when successful or not.
