Third TV spot for The Last House on the Left provides some never before seen footage from the film.

Masters of horror Wes Craven and Sean Cunningham revisit their landmark film that launched Cravens directing career and influenced decades of horror films to follow: The Last House on the Left. Bringing one of the most notorious thrillers of all time to a new generation, they produce the story that explores how far two ordinary people will go to exact revenge on the sociopaths who harmed their child.

The night she arrives at the remote Collingwood lakehouse, Mari (Sara Paxton) and her friend are kidnapped by a prison escapee and his crew. Terrified and left for dead, Maris only hope is to make it back to parents John and Emma (Tony Goldwyn and Monica Potter). Unfortunately, her attackers unknowingly seek shelter at the one place she could be safe. And when her family learns the horrifying story, they will make three strangers curse the day they came to The Last House on the Left.

That's the most stupid thing i have ever heard. Not that i support child molestation or rape but saying "people that commit this kind of criminal acts should be killed and tortured" is the first step to a totalitarian government and general death sentences.

Sara Paxton i had no idea she had this in her. Her scenes where not easy to play or to watch she did a great job. I have a new found respect for as an actor.

They could have had the rape scene in an alternative version or something, cuz I know many people said it disturbed them and would have wanted that part left out. I had no problem with it, cuz it happens in lots of horror movies I've seen. (I am horror fanatic..) But yeah.. kinda extreme for the people who get freaked easily.

THE best movie i have ever seen. THE REVENGE WAS SWEET rape scenes are just ridiculously sad and horrid it was hard to watch but i did only to hate them more. It is unbelievable that people really do this to people so inhumane. HONESTLY rapist, child molesters, murderers and all the sick individuals out their should be tortured and then murdered and if i was president i will try my hardest to get that past as a law to criminals who commit crimes like that

this is probbably one of the better remakes out there. the ending of this movie was very unexpected

@Daisy72762 I think that was mainly to show how depraved they are, and the audience to completly hate them. Hard not to hate all of them when they all participated in a rape exception the main killer's nephew.
