That's not really my issue here. I just never associated mustard with lamb - quality or no.

@TheLoyalOfficer That looked more like a quality honey mustard. A grey poupon maybe, not the yellow stuff that goes on hotdogs and hamburgers.

There are ways to cook lamb all the way through and it will still taste like lamb.

@AlbertaZanoah That would be sinfully overcooked at that point. Its a nice medium rare just how it should be.

Rare is so fine but that one is really too undercooked !!

I'm 13 and just made this with his garlic shrimp recipe for my mum and her friends. I only cooked, I wasn't allowed to sit down and so I was just going to have leftovers. BUT, everyone loved it so much I went hungry. At least it was good/great.
