mcdonaly 11 years older than remy, went through about 6 rounds before the final while remy went through 1 and he was still ripped off. again shows remy is not the most effective champion of all time

McDonald is an absolute stud. This was one of the best K1 fights I've ever seen. Too bad McDonald didn't win but this fight was incredible!

@travelingnomad1 Still better get a different coach for that and start at beginner level. Otherwise you get problems that are real predictable. McDonald shows it at 2:15-2:20, he steps in heavy, which is real good for boxing.
But in kickboxing it's childsplay to hold it off, sidestep, and then lowkick at full power. Bonjasky really made an effort to show off how that gives him tactical superiority; he hardly bothered to punch, knewing he could win it with his legs.

Me and michael mcdonald are about the same in height and build. Im a boxer but if I ever transition to kickboxing i'll watch and follow some of his move but right now im focused on boxing.

NO,you dont understand, it hurts right away,but a good fighters can take the pain, the problem is later when they get hit too many times they start to lose control of their legs and cant stand up.
