  • I'll agree with the rest of the comments. Very nicely done, but the very basic requirement that the knees should never go pass the toes vertically unless you're on very low moves, is not met. It's going to be hard to adjust now, because you've already got the form down. I'll going to suggest practicing lowering your body into horse stance will your shoes jammed against a wall so your knees will never go past them.

  • 这个洋人的陈氏太极拳打的真棒,很有功力,不是学花架子是真功夫。

  • @jfuya2000 it means to be hanging by the gallows. i'm kidding it means to stretch your neck up like as if you were hanging by the top of your head.

  • @chentaichiacademy

thank you. i gratefully appreciate and look forward to it =)

  • @jfuya2000 when learning one must spend a lot of time practicing standing to soften the structure, one must let the head rise and the weight of the body drop, I will film a vid this week and show you

  • @chentaichiacademy

what does it mean to have a suspended head? please explain. =)

  • I agree with quite a few comments here. Back to basics a bit. That knee-toe alignment (collapsed thighs) may lead to injury some day. Yikes, so much twisting of the knees.

  • This guy is good.

    Well done, keep going.

It is rare to see a foreigner (nonChinese) perform that good.

    Congratulation.

  • Not cirticisms from me, just help from a fellow tai chi lover to help this tallented guy improve!!
