very nice laps and good driving!! What spring rates are you running? I want to buy the spss koni yellows and dont know what spring rates will be good for (Semi-slick tyres and track-fast road use) Your help would be very usefull for me. Thanks!!

Dam dude! SICK! That CRX doesn't have the 'Vette HP, but it frickin handles just as well!! And that Flip HD is incredible too. The video and sound are just PERfect :)

I just used a roll bar mount. The Flip has a standard tripod mount in the bottom of it. Available through CDOC
