It's nice to hear an arrangement which isn't purely a direct copy of the augmented chords over 5ths.You really need to watch your balance within the group, the perfect way to get good balance is to really listen to the main melody, and be sensitive to whether the harmonies enhance or detract from certain points in the melody. At certain points in this piece, whoever is singing the third above the main melody and falling down to the tonic is too loud, especially at the beginning.
