I wont be surprised if square decides to make ffxiii go cross platform. It would generate more money for them, and the engine they are using is cross platform (it's the same engine that is making the next final fantasy mmo, that is only 360 and pc atm, but might get a ps3 port, probably will if they port 13 to the 360). The JRPG companies are sticking with the 360 atm, probably cause 1.4 million difference in Japan isn't worth it, since xbox has a 7 million worldwide lead.

And they already have the wii covered with ToS2.... then again this generation would remark a real humilation of Sony... more so if it's to a system that tends to physically die real quick (Hi Thar Red Ring of death); though most JRPGers most likely won't touch it.... and it doesn't chance the fact that Square's still doing FFXIII on the PS3 (I predict once that happens the flow of RPGs will go to the PS3)

Or maybe it's cause they are trying to penetrate the western market more? Or maybe the when they started developing the game, the ps3 was a joke? Or..what about the fact that, Atlus, Square, Namco, Tri-Ace, and several other developers are making rpg games for the 360, and most of them aren't for the ps3? It is cheaper to make games for the 360...also, maybe Microsoft offers a better profit sharing system...no matter how you cut it, Sony isn't the king of rpg's this gen, and probably wont be.

Oh, never thought of it that way.

I'm saying from a business stand point. I think Microsoft bribed them, like they did temco and such.

That looks like a really good game. What's it for? Probably something I don't have.

Maybe they need to experiment for the people who don't have a PS2,PS3,GCN,NDS,WII,PSP,or even a GBA! The Tales series's theme is usually around equality, so why can't it work with games systems either? Besides, I suck at Halo...
