*Liz's POV*
I woke up and sighed. I was wishing I was dreaming what happened yesterday but I guess I wasn't. I changed quickly, not bothering to look at myself. I picked up my phone and to my surprise I had 10 new text messages. I looked through them all. They were all from Joe. They all said the same thing:
Liz, like I said before I am SUPER sorry about yesterday! Please forgive me!!!!! :) Joe

I smiled, totally forgeting about what happened yesterday. Maybe he realized he needed to be with me. I texted him back:
Joe, I totally understand! I could never be mad at you! See you later, at school! Liz
I shoved my phone back in my pocket and headed downstairs. Nobody was there. I looked around and saw a note on the fridge. It was from my mom.
Liz,
I had to go to Florida early this morning. It was an emergency, but don't worry. We will be gone for a couple days but Vicky will watch over you. Behave and I love you!

Mom
I threw the note in the garbage and ran out the door with my backpack. I was worried, I had no idea where my parents were and what they were doing. It was an emergency too. What was I supposed to do? I sat down in my driveway and and put my head inbetween my legs. I wanted to cry but I didn't want anyne to see me, so I held the tears in. Then, my phone vibrated. Joe again.
Liz, why are you crying? Joe
Huh? How did he know I was crying? I started to freak-out a little. But then I saw Joe driving up in his car.
"Joe! You scared me half to death!" I screamed at him from the ground.
He stopped the car and stepped out. He smiled and sat down next to me.
"Sorry, but I thought you could use a ride." He said as he lifted my chin. "Now, whats wrong?"
I sighed and said, "Well my parents are gone and they left a note saying it was an emergency. I don't know what to do?"
He looked down and back up at me. "Don't worry. Everything's gbnna be fine." He hugged me and got up and brushed off his pants. He stuck ut his hand and I took it. He helped me up but didn't let go of my hand. He started walking toward the car, still holding my hand.
"You wanna ride?" He asked as he opened the car door.
I nodded. "Sure," I said as I stepped into the car. He closed the door behind me and climbed into the drivers seat.
The ride to school was silent. Kinda boring, but I was just glad to be with Joe. When we got to school he opened the door for me and walked with me into the school.
"Well, Liz, I gotta go to class but I'll see you later kay? I'll drive you home!" He said still standing next to me.
"Oh yeah, sure. Thanks by the way. For giving me a ride." I said looking at him.
He looked back up at me and kissed me on the cheek. "Ofcourse! I'll see you later!" He said as he walked down the hall.
Wow! He actually kissed me!!!!!! I really didn't pay attention to the rest of school, I was too busy thinking about the kiss! I stared at the clock and counted down the seconds until the end of the day. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1! Finally the bell rang and I rushed out of class. I saw Joe leaning against his car, waiting. I ran up to him and he turned his head around and looked at me and smiled. Ah...I just love his smile.
"Ready to go?" He asked as he got up and came over to me.
"Yep. Lets go!" I answered quickly. He took my backpack and we both climbed into the car and he took off.
"I have a surprise for you," he said as he was driving.
"What is it?" I asked while looking out the window.
"I said it was a surprise!" He said, suddenly stopping the car. "We're here," He said as he opened his door and stepped out.
I got out and we were at the park. This is the place where me and Joe first met. I can't believe he remembered.
"Joe I....." He cut me off by grabbing my hand and pulling me towards the swings. He picked me up and dropped me on a swing.
"Joe?! What are you doing?" I asked as I looked back at him.
He grabbed the back of the swing and puled me back. He let go and I went swinging forward. He kept pushing me but then grabbed the swing and stopped it. He pulled me towards him and cane close to my face.
"Race you to the slide!" He said as he got a headstart to the slide.
I jumped off the swing and ran right behind him. He beat me to them.
"Ha! Now, the loser has to kiss the winner!" He smiled at me.
I blushed and turned my head towards him. "You wish!" I said as I ran back towards the monkey bars. He started chasing after me but we both got to the monkey bars at the same time. We were both out of breath and we started cracking up. We kept laughing and laughing. I wish this moment would never end! But it ended. I heard a voice in back of me and we both turned. Grace.
"Joey! I tried calling you but you wouldn't answer!" She said as she got closer to him and grabbed his arm. He just stared.

omg i cant believe how tense this one is man god i wouldnt be able to stand there and let grace and joe talk and look at each other man id kill her lol. Hey at least joe is trying to cheer her up, you got to give him that lol, and i cant believe you have time to write all this outt haha.
