L4D Lighthouse Survival Glitch

My friends and are at it again in L4D and while playing Survival on Lighthouse, CovSpartan55 now Polish Dinosar, discovered a glitch on the first day we played on it. This glitch makes it esaily possible to get the Lighthouse Gold Medal.
