One river and two countries remain in the grip of a cross-border flooding crisis as preparations for the worst intensify. Rising water levels on the River Oder along Germany's frontier with Poland are already taking their toll....

    also this is not pretty much related to the falling of the €uro. it even helps the local building industry b'coz money has to be spent instead of sending it to some fucked up economys to help them.

  • Well, well, what have we here, floods and climate change destruction in Germany? Does that mean that money must be spent to fix these damages? Money that is spent by the State to fix something that will be damaged again, and again, year after year and will never be fixed well, ever again. A constant lose to the economy that will only get worse with time. The Euro may fall if there is too much climate change destruction in a single year.
