Strangely he/she/it sounds more intelligent while being tasered than in normal daily life as a potentially corrupt police officer. Fascinating.

imagine if the cushion wasnt there and she got tazed on the streets like the citizens get tazed falling straight to the floor with nothing soft to break there fall and sometimes get tazed right after again not even like this video shows!!!
