Whilst I like the idea, I'm worried about anonymity here.
Are you going to put in a random lag between data input & data appearing on your website so that customers cannot be identified through roadside cameras? How are you going to deal with signals being found by triangulation? Would the data be encrypted from source?

Thanks for your comment. We are trying to make HD Traffic available to more people. Check out our Route Planner at routes.tomtom.com. We are also working hard to provide radio and TV stations with access to our HD Traffic information. Hope that's helpful, thanks again.
