NOPE,, they cant charge for water,,, Umm? Hydroxy works just as well when made from Human Urine. SOOOOO,,, no worries about water prices.

Oh and your craft will go just as fast,, underwater too. It is called, Hyper-Cavitation.

If water is used for fuel then the government would charge 3 bucks a gallon for water. It's not going to save anything.

You'll always need oil for lubes.
