  • low base on the swing with a well timed lift with your legs at the base of your backswing creates PURE LEVERAGE...

  • It's very true - faster feet = faster ball speed = more pin action. This has helped me tremendously on slightly drier conditions, where I used to move left to compensate, I've found that just picking up the tempo of my footwork has helped me keep in the pocket and take out those pesky corner pins much more effectively

  • Im throwing 17 to 18 mph..the pins "scatter"..more than my slow spinneee shots..forward roll top spin...but Im 50...If I was younger I would try to spin it fast...to late to change...LOL!
