The only issue with air cooling is that your PC sounds like a 747 jet turbine. You need headphones to do anything with it.

@pwnt7 thats not even the fans, tht sound is from this old hard drive. i took it out and now its much more pleasent. Still not quiet but i can manage as i only use my desktop for video editing

That issue is easilly solved with low noise 1200 RPM fans.

CoolerMaster tricked you with those fans, they are NOT 19db @ 2000RPM, it's 19db at low speeds like 1000RPM.
