U2 Miami 11/13/05 Where the Streets Have No Name

We go to U2 shows for fulfillment, and the two Vertigo concerts in Miami delivered overflowing doses of energy, exchanged between the band and the fans. Where The Streets Have No Name has been described as "... probably the most indispensible song of all" by Willie Williams, and this clip from the first night at the AAA captures it - a U2 show at its climax. It ultimately foreshadowed what would come the following night, when during the same part of the set, a wave of force swept through the building that had even Bono "taking off like a ****** 747"!

i think i was right next to you..... that was a wonderful night, unforgettable. the energy at the american airlines arena was overwhelming. Never felt such a powerful vibe like that night..... The night of the 14th was close but like that. Amazing.... and i cant wait for tampa october 9th

I was there... I'll never forget that day - I scalped two lower level tickets and made it all the way to the front row - close enough!

After the song was over, the crowd just cheered lowder, and lowder and lowder... it was unreal... i've never seen a crowd take the noise to such a high level...
