  • Very nicely put together. Not too many people out there that can appreciate what Joe vs the Volcano is all about. It's definitely one of my favorites....my Dad and I constantly toss back and forth our favorite quote: "My father says that almost the whole world is asleep. Everybody you know. Everybody you see. Everybody you talk to. He says that only a few people are awake and they live in a state of constant total amazement. "

    Thanks for putting this together.

thumbs up to Big Fish too!

  • Thanks, poolboyee, we obviously both have excellent taste in films. No one I know really appreciates something like Joe vs. the Volcano like I do. It's so refreshing to hear from that loves it as much as I do.

  • Joe vs. the Volcano is one of my favorite films. Thank you for this heartwarming video and of course, the amazing music.

  • Thanks, Jack. I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's one of my favourite films also, and George Delerue's score really is beautiful, isn't it. You have excellent taste in films. Eternal Sunshine and Big Fish are wonderful films.

  • I listen to this over and over again. Although I am not sure what it is doing to me, or for me - I captivated by it. Some how I feel as though the music understands my soul.

  • Can anyone please tell me the name of the song the indians are singing then they start going up to the volcano? Its a classic song i also think is used in a lot of films, example the rock.?

  • One of my favourite films. Thanks for posting!

  • This movie is also one of my favorites. It takes me to a differnt place and reminds me how appreciative I should be for my life. The sound track is also amazing, thank you for this.

  • Very glad to see others out there that appreciate Joe. A movie with some valuable things to say.

  • So wonderful to see someone appreciates this movie the way I do. One of my all-time favorites. I own it and watch it again and again. Especially when I feel a brain cloud coming on. Love the taste in films.

  • Joe, is my all time favorite movie...I am Bipolar and have felt like I've had a "brain cloud" for the past 25 years...my original diagnosis was major depressive disorder, but because I switched to a therapist three years ago whom I've known personally, she was able to recognize my hypomania symptoms by observation outside of the office..new meds and therapy have made all the difference to me.

  • Great Georges Delerue !

whenever I listen to his music, I feel my soul purified.

    Thank you for the video.
