Adam Rafferty - Solo Fingerstyle Blues Guitar - "Little Fingers" New Version

Here's NEW updated version of an original blues influenced by the sound of Jerry Reed's music. It is a 32 bar tune, not a pure 12 bar blues! Add a little Count Basie to the mix....

This song will appear in an upcoming issue of Fingerstyle Guitar Magazine, so an update was in order. Better tone, less grunts and pick slaps...and a year's worth of touring behind the tune!!!

Listen for sprinklings of jazz lines in between the bluesy stuff!

@dandab It's a medium Dunlop thumpick. Just go to the geetar store and get some...they help for certain styles of music. Good Luck!!!

For me, the old version is much better. I like the grunts, they fit well, they even create some sort of tension, and you play it in a more dynamic way. This version is more like a classical guitar, the old one is more like a delta blues. Delta blues wins, of course. Wonderful music both ways.
