Nice job! There is a rubber gasket called a "mini keg bung" that fits right into the opening of a Coleman cooler spigot. Remove the spigot and fit the mini keg bung in its place. Then 3/8ths silicone tubing fits right into that bung with a fit snug enough that it doesn't leak. No need for taping or caulking.

That hose that we took a hacksaw to is a stainless steel braid that is used for like toilet plumbing. we cut the ends off, and took the plastic tubing out, which left us with just a stainless steel mesh tube if you will. We clamped one end to the hosing that goes out the mashtun, and then other end, we bent and closed up with some pliers so grains wouldn't flow right through. and boom you have a stainless steel filter.

I am going to make a mash tun soon, but this video didn't help me cause I only could watch about 30 seconds of it cause the music sucked so bad. I know I could have muted it, but didn't want to.

Only when I grind my grain to finely. I think i finally have my mill dialed in well though.
