Workout 1 of 2 for the day. Discussions regarding rowing technique came up so figured I would record it. Attempted to film set 7 but camera died mid set and lost the footage. Strength and vigor stayed relatively high throughout the workout. Goal was not to drop below 600 avg watts in the later rounds.
