I just installed on my HD 4890. Plugged into 12v. My problem is I cannot change the fan speed at all through any software. It says it is changing, but it has no effect on the fans- they just sit at 1980 RPM. any ideas? I have everything hooked up correctly.

that happened to me after i messd with bios, and then i change bios it work again,

what about the air flow? does it take the air from the case and blow it out? or does it take the ar from outside the case and blows is inside it? thanks

you fiited the cooler the wrong way around look at all the other vids or you have a very old cooler

@chambs1 plug the fans on the card not on the psu
