Hey, I play on a malletKAT 3 octave, and I was wondering what those things between your accidental keys are.

we call them "clam busters". They deaden the dreaded sound of mallet to metal when you miss. Thatthat we would ever do that!!!

Are these sounds from the MalletKat sound generator itself? Or is it attached to any other drum sound module?

The malletKAT does have built in sounds, but I don't use them.

@Scoreking81 - that you can't afford or begin to be able to play. Oh and a del Gesù is only a piece of wood with some strings thrown together on it after it's just been randomly lacquered.
