I dropped in here a few years back way past lunchtime and was the only one there...I bought a sandwich and Charles gave me two. I expect he was getting rid of the leftovers, or (since I looked a bit scruffy) he thought I was a tramp - either way, I was and am grateful!
Wonderful place - hope it never changes.

I actually go to church with the family that owns the Snappy Lunch, and they truly are one of the nicest families I know and I'm glad to call them my friends. They also run THE BEST restaurant in Mount Airy aka "Mayberry". Everyone come to Mount Airy, NC and visit the Snappy Lunch on Main Sreet!!!
