Yes. However if the batteries are low when you start the car, then it will inmmediatly start the engine.

my cousin had this car as a rental for some a couple of weeks from insurance company. I was disappointed because it doesnt feel as expensive as it is. I mean the Honda Accord and the Camry feels better. And I hated the hybrid, because when going down hill or on the rain, it felt like its gona slippppppppp.
