  • because sometimes the water can position the fish closer to the top or bottom,depending on temperature,when drop shotting.

  • i love rapalas but the last three xraps i bought have either lost the lips or the one the treble hook actually straightened right out.........thinking bout switching over to lucky craft

  • @MrJonnyboy989 Rapala makes good lures. I have never used Xraps but I know they are really popular. Maybe the ones u got were duds. But what I know for sure is that Rapala DOES make some really good lures and you shouldn't just switch to another company entirely because you had a few duds from Rapala. maybe try something besides xraps idk all i know is the husky jerk, floating rapala, those are good.........can't go wrong with those =)

  • awesome i used drop shots before but was never taught the shaky technique properly. went to Lake Bartlette today and absolutely slaughtered the largemouth....even caught 2 massive bluegill!

  • 37ft ... jeeeze around where i live "chicago land area" we fish in the 10ft and shallower lakes and get nice 30 inch+ muskies
