Vice City Stories - VCN Easter Egg

The VCN Easter Egg found in the PS2 version of Vice City Stories. For those who never played the original Vice City (set 2 years later than this), an actual Easter Egg resides here. In this rendition, 2 years prior, it is shown to be under construction, complete with a mini crane.

I was using the PS2 version to capture this video.

I don't know how to capture video from the PSP version, and I don't think the PSP version has the easter egg anyway.

@chrisjp88 alright o you know the blue boat at vice port....fall inbetween the cracks at the end of the boat and look INSIDE the boat...and it says: "there is nothing here to see...but look in vnc building( smiley face)"
