@togoler51 : When you do it in a fight...NO. I catch pro vets with this and I switch back and forth btw heel hook and leg lock. Grab the back of the head so your demo guy's head doesn't slam on the mat.

@chivone21 It's pretty quick and a heel hook or knee bar can do permanent damage in seconds. You'll see it a lot if you compete, guys will scream tapping before they can even respond or defend.

Nice move, but in reality, while you're laying there hooking up your arms around his legs, you're wide open to getting cracked in the head (as I'm sure he will be thinking of doing), or his legs will surely be flailing around. I don't know, I don't think this is gonna work in a real fight, unless of course, of course, of course, you're a horse, or HE'S a horse and too stupid to see it coming....What do you think?
